This workshop, which is part of the Capacity2Transform project, aims to bring together creative professionals, business development specialists, tourism experts, and technical experts to develop innovative solutions for real challenges posed by individuals working in the tourism industry. Through cross-disciplinary collaboration, participants will contribute to digital and green transformation while exploring opportunities for public-private partnerships and sustainable business models.
What it’s about:
On April 9th and 10th, 2025, we will meet at the University of Economics in Prague for a two-day creative workshop where, with the help of experienced mentors from the field, we will transform real challenges from the tourism industry into specific business ideas!
When:
9.4 (Wednesday) – from 9:30 till 17:00
10.4 (Thursday) – from 9:30 till 16:00

What to expect:
- Intensive work on pre-defined problems from the tourism industry
- The process of creating innovative business models in small teams under the guidance of a facilitator and with the help of mentors
- Creation of a video pitch at the end of the workshop
Important notes:
- The results of the co-creation workshop will be freely accessible and published on the Capacity2Transform project website with possible transnational distribution to support public-private innovation
- The co-creation workshop will be followed by three online meetings with the project team
- Applications will close on April 7, 2025
- Participation in the workshop is free, but registration is required
